With decades of experience in real estate development, construction management, and Butler building systems, Michael Achkar brings a deeply hands on approach to commercial and industrial building projects throughout California and surrounding regions.
As a Bay Area native, Michael understands the complexities of local building codes, entitlement procedures, construction costs, and project coordination across highly regulated markets. His direct industry experience and established relationships help streamline the planning and development process while supporting efficient project execution from concept to completion.
Backed by over 35 years of industry experience and a background in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Michael has worked across land development, building design, construction coordination, and commercial project management. His experience helps clients navigate complex projects with greater confidence, efficiency, and long term value.
