Download SpecificationCreate safer, more comfortable interior environments, ward off mold and insulation damage — and keep condensation in check, too — with adjustable louvers from Metallic Products. Designed specifically for pre-engineered metal building wall panels, our wall louvers are a natural means of facilitating airflow for your metal buildings.
Self-mulling and self-flashing, our adjustable wall louvers fit into your metal building panels with no additional hardware required and can be mulled together to form a continuous run. Roll-formed blades and plated twin-link pivot brackets make it easy to adjust airflow based on output, environmental conditions and the like while keeping moisture and debris out.
The standard operator is the reinforced cast aluminum hand crank, but custom options are available. Adjustable louvers can be factory- or field-modified for chain operation or a motorized operator. The finished product features blade edge seals for maximum air sealing and 77% free area when opened to a full 90-degree angle. In addition, with a wide range of color and finish options available, your adjustable louver can blend seamlessly into your aesthetic.
Standard Sizes
9″ throat and 12″ throat available in 10′ sections. Low profile design can be used for a single unit or continuous run installation with no disassembly.
Other throat sizes available include 4″, 15″, 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 42″ and 48″ options. For custom lengths or throat sizes, please contact us.
Removes hot stale and contaminated air
Continuously pushes out hot stale and contaminated air through the ridge while drawing fresh outside air in at the lower building openings keeping your facility environment clean and safe.
Integral Dampers
Easy-moving dampers open to any degree, from fully open to completely closed.
Design
Aerodynamically proportioned to exclude weather. Protects air passages and full outlet area.
Bird Screen
Vents are fully protected by bird screen mesh galvanized hardware cloth.
Construction
Durable 26-gauge exterior, combined with internal components of 24, 20 and 18-gauge die formed sheet metal and machined parts for a long service life.
Metallic Products also offers welded large throat vents, available in multiple sizes.
Finish
Galvalume finish is standard, but other colors — including Kynar® — are available upon request.
Drainage Area
Both wind bands feature a continuous slot on the bottom for easy drainage.
