BUTLER BUILDING Repair and Maintenance
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SHOPS
As soon as you step inside your new repair and maintenance shop, you’ll notice the practical design and quality of your Butler® building. High lifts and cranes can be integrated into your repair facility. The strength of solid steel removes space consuming rafters and trusses, while additional usable space is created through steel framing within the columns. Butler buildings come in a wide range of slopes, widths, and heights. Wall panels are available in multiple standard colors, as well as custom color options.
There is no need to settle for anything less than the exact building you require, regardless of your size or type of operation.
Butler® maintenance buildings are designed to support your workflow. Metal Building Sales can assist in selecting and sizing a structure that aligns with your needs and budget. Do not settle for a substitute. Get the building you need from Butler, the building experts.

Achieve More With A Butler® Building System
Nothing is more important for a transportation facility than a building that is secure and weathertight. It does more than protect inventory and assets, it also protects business profitability. However, superior protection is not the only impact a facility has on operations. It should also deliver energy efficiency, low maintenance requirements, and long term lifecycle savings. It should also maintain a professional appearance over time. You will find all of these attributes in a Butler Manufacturing™ transportation building.
Options That Matter
Choose from a wide selection of functional and aesthetic accessories for your new building to enhance appearance and performance. These include, but are not limited to:
- Overhangs and canopies
- Gutters and downspouts
- Roof curbs
- Personnel doors
- Windows
- Insulation
- Interior liners

Products That Perform
Butler provides high quality materials throughout the building system. For example, the standard exterior finish for painted panels is Butler-Cote™, a full strength 70 percent Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000® coating. Butler-Cote resists chalking and fading better than typical industry paint systems.
Fasteners are another area of strength. The Scrubolt™, used in Butlerib® II wall and roof systems and the Shadowall™ wall system, is larger and more resistant to wind pull out forces than standard fasteners.
The deep one and one half inch corrugation of Butlerib® II wall and roof panels provides one of the strongest panel configurations available. This design delivers improved resistance to wind uplift, roof traffic, and minor impact damage compared to other panel systems.
